Silica Glass Fiber Mat Coating with Aluminum Foil is a combination material composed of aluminum foil and high silica needle mat by advanced equipment. Due to the additional dense metal foil on surface layer, the heat convection through mat is effectively shielded, and radiant heat is effectively reflected. It’ll largely improved heat-insulating property of mat.

Silica Glass Fiber Mat Coating with Aluminum Foil with low thermal conductivity, high heat resistance and good acoustic resistance are excellent high temperature insulators. It can be used over long periods without losing the properties and without melting and vaporizing at temperatures of up to 1000ºC, and short-time exposure up to 1300°C.
