High silica fabric can be fabricated into many forms to withstand high temperatures continuously and protect personnel and equipment in severe environments, such as and thermal insulation and ablative materials of spacecrafts rocket, welding blankets, welding drop cloths, welding curtains, stress relief blankets, flame protective screens/covers, furnace curtains, insulation  shielding, emergency fire blankets and cable tray wraps, etc. High silica Fabrics are high temperature resistance fabrics extensively used for insulation and protection applications in the Aerospace, Power Generation, Shipbuilding, Refinery, Ship Repair and Metal Processing industries etc.

Made as customers’ requests: Preshrunk, coating with PU / silicone / aluminum foil / vermiculite / PTFE, acrylic.

Silica fabrics cannot predict all of the potential applications for which customers may attempt to use the silica products. Silica products will have varying degrees of effectiveness for each potential application depending on the maximum temperature attained, the length of use, and the amount of temperature fluctuation. If the customer has any questions regarding the use of Silica Products in a particular application, please contact us and we will provide a sample of the Silica Products for testing. This product is not warranted against injuries or damages of any kind caused by uses for which this product was not designed, intended or tested by us.

Storage:

High Silica Fabric should be stored in its original packaging in a dry and cool place. Best conditions are at temperatures from 15 to 35°C and humidity between 35 and 65%. If no special requirements, it should be stored in cool and dry place. Don’t open the package before using to prevent absorbing moisture.

To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high, when the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
